This is a GENUINE NOS GM part that has had the white outline stripe professionally removed so well that it is virtually impossible to tell it apart from the factory original all black cushion.  This part is perfect for concours restoration. This part will be inspected before shipping to ensure quality.  This part is NON-returnable, NON-refundable.
