We also sell the premium version which includes the Jute padding PLUS the BLACK RUBBER MASS BACKING (SKU #418 like factory original)
This carpet is pre-formed and INCLUDES Jute Padding (sound deadener) which is glued in place (see picture)

NOTE: We highly recommend that you remove the carpeting from the box and unfold immediately upon receipt and check product. Do not leave it folded up inside the box. Pop the contours back into place if necessary. We also recommend that you perform an intital test fit of your new carpet BEFORE MAKING ANY ALTERATIONS OR CUTS so that you do not void the warranty.There are NO returns on carpeting, other than a manufacturing defect so please be cautious during installation and refer to the video or instructions if you have questions. Once the carpet is cut or altered, the warranty is VOID.
This item will ship separately and can not be combined with other items. Shipping costs are an estimate. We may need to recalculate shipping depending on your address. Shipping to California, Washington, Oregon, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and other international destinations will need to be calculated separately. Great carpet for the price
I rated this 5 starts because it's exactly what I ordered and expected, with that being said, it is the lesser expensive kit. Lighter weight, a little thin, but the color is deep(black) and looks great.
