Set of 10 original black oxide finished OEM all stainless-steel air intake hose clamps for stock 1986 - 1987 Buick Grand National, Turbo Regal, 1987 GNX and **1989 Turbo Trans Am.
**1989 Turbo Trans Ams use five size 048 clamps per vehicle. If you are purchasing clamps for a 1989 TTA and you want a complete set of new clamps, you will need purchase one additional size 048 clamp, part# 758-048.
These original black oxide finished OEM clamps CANNOT BE DUPLICATED by painting or powdercoating imported aftermarket clamps.
BLACK OXIDE IS NOT A COATING - IT IS A CHEMICAL PROCESS
IT WILL NOT CHIP, peel, lift, or crack.
Incorrectly PAINTED OR POWDERCOATED CLAMPS WILL CHIP, peel, lift, or crack.
This clamp set consists of:
4 ea. - size 48 clamps (3-1/2" max. diameter) one for air cleaner to intake elbow, one for intake elbow to mass airflow sensor, one for mass airflow sensor to intake air duct, and one for intake air duct to turbo inlet (bell) adaptor
4 ea. - size 40 clamps (3" max. diameter) - 2 for both sides of intercooler to up-pipe, and 2 for both sides of up-pipe to throttle body inlet
2 ea. - size 32 clamps (2-5/8" max. diameter) for both sides of turbo compressor outlet to intercooler inlet
