This unit was made from NEW tooling, which does NOT have the emblem mounting hole.
The material is referred to as "SMC" . SMC is both a process and reinforced composite material.
Fits 1984-1987 Buick Regal, Grand National, Turbo T, T-type and GNX

- Expect to make some adjustments Due to different tolerance from car to car, or previous work on the vehicle, adjustments may need to be made when fitting this on the car.

Header panels are ready to install on your 1981-87 Regal, Grand National or GNX and is made of SMC.
All body panels will require some sort of manipulation during installation. Every part that we sell is inspected and then carefully packaged to protect against damage that may occur during transit.

Test Fit All panels Prior To Paint and Installation: We recommend test-fitting all parts prior to final paint and installation. Minor modifications including elongating mounting holes, adding shims etc. are normal and may be necessary during installation. This is a consideration when reinstalling original GM panels as well as reproductions. It is important to note that hard driving conditions can twist frames and bodies out of original tolerances. Poor bodywork from previous collisions can cause problems with the body structures that the panels are attached to.
When your header panel is delivered, whether the item will be installed immediately or not, you MUST inspect the product to ensure no damage occurred in transit. You will need to carefully remove the item from the box, remove packing materials and inspect all sides of the product WHILE THE DRIVER IS PRESENT. If there is any damage, note the damage to the driver before the driver leaves, REFUSE the package and return . Please contact Highway Stars immediately via email or phone Failure to follow this procedure will result in loss of claim
Your shipment is insured by the shipper. – If you find your item damaged, you MUST have the driver note the damage at time of delivery receipt and/or refuse the item.
If you find the item damaged after you have signed and accepted the item, and the damage was not noted on the delivery receipt and Highway Stars was not immediately notified regarding the damage, Highway Stars will not honor the damage claim. By signing the delivery receipt in good condition, you are certifying that you have received your item(s) in good condition. If you ship to someone other than yourself, you must let them know to inspect the item(s) for damage. If they sign the delivery receipt certifying that the item was in good condition when it arrived and you find any damage after the fact, Highway Stars will not honor the claim.

Header Panel Is Worth It
Got this shipped to my body shop without issue. Shop said the piece was nice and needed very little attention to install, prep and paint. Grille pieces and headlight bezels fit nice. Looks great with photos and video on www.turbobuick.com.
