Product Description
The Buick MAF translator allows you to upgrade to the much better late model GM MAF (LT1/LS1) sensor and replace the outdated/discontinued-factory GM MAF unit.
This will allow for more flow, better spool up and complete control over the fuel curve.
The MAF Translator products provide a means to replace obsolete and unavailable MAF (Mass AirFlow) sensors on older vehicles with more modern, higher performance parts. Additionally these products provide fuel delivery tuning and recalibration under wide-open-throttle (WOT) for a variety of vehicles. The MAF Translator is connected in-line with the MAF control signals to correct, modify, or recalibrate them therefore changing fuel delivery and resultant air-fuel ratio.

A well made product that functions better than the originals
I ordered my car in 1987 Oh I tried using the re-built original MAFs. I just wasted time and money on outright lies from people that said that they were re-builders. Looking back, even if I would have actually been supplied an original rebuilt MAF. It still would have been old technology taking a costly toll on my factory catalytic converter. This MAF Translator and late model MAF combination is light year jump in metering your air/fuel mixture in every area. Especially in reliability. Save your old functioning original MAF for those poor incomplete souls looking for trophies at car shows.
