This newest version Powerlogger works on all versions of windows from XP thru 10 without issue.
Plugs into the ECM, slight modification of the ECM case is necessary, very easy to do.
Comes with a chip to update a Scanmaster 2.1 to the 2.2 version, so the Scanmaster can be connected to the Powerlogger for faster updating, wideband and boost display.
The Powerlogger works with any chip in the ECM. It does not require any special chip to datalog.
